We will then arrange for someone to come out and meet you in the comfort of your own home to talk through what you expect from your domestic cleaner in more detail. If you are happy to proceed and allow us to begin our 'match-making' process then we can agree this at the same time. This meeting should take no longer than half an hour. If you live on your own and would feel more comfortable having a friend or neighbour there as well then that is fine by us.

If you are happy for us to identify a suitable cleaner then we get straight to work. This might be either finding a cleaner for you that meets your criteria that already services our existing clients or someone completely new. You can have the peace of mind that all our domestic cleaners are vetted by ourselves before we introduce them to you. We would ask that you allow us between five and ten days from this point but often it doesn't take that long.

Having identified someone that we think is suitable for you will give you a call to let you know their name. We will then give them your contact details so that they can arrange to come and introduce themselves to you. This also gives you opportunity to meet them, show them around and discuss your expectations. If you are happy with the cleaner you can arrange a date and time for them to start. Following this introduction we ask that you contact us to let us know that you are happy and let us know when they are starting so that we can ensure the insurance coverage.

Once your domestic cleaner has started we will contact you periodically to ensure that things are continuing to go well. We are also always on hand should you have any problems or questions.

Please note the following:

• Your first clean must be for the same number of hours as your regular clean.
• The full value of your first clean will be refunded to you by cheque at the completion of your first cleaning quarter.
